This is a pretty naive question and I’m not trying to pour on the haterade here, but why is it that body dysmorphic disorders are pretty much the only psychiatric illness that have this gigantic internet pride movement? You don’t see “pro OCD” or “pro alcoholism” tumblrs and livejournals and forums the way you do with anorexia and bulimia.
